VIS Group Now Serving Bridlewood

Beginning Fall 2025, Bridlewood’s homeowner account provider Morris Management began transition to VIS Group, Inc., a move that will enhance community management services and support for homeowners.

On September 17, 2025, Morris Management announced to the Bridlewood Board of Directors (BOA Board) and all of their client communities that the company had been acquired by VIS Group Inc. headquartered in Lacey, WA. The transition was already in effect between the two companies at the time.

Since the announcement, VIS Group has begun Board member informational calls and training to familiarize the new communities with the values, services and infrastructure they lend to HOA management.

The Bridlewood Board is confident that these changes will benefit you the homeowner, as well as provide better support to the volunteer Board of Directors.

Change can be confusing. Who do I call for help?

For any question about your homeowner account, this transition of management services, how to contact Kwasi (Bridlewood’s Area Manager), or report compliance concerns, call the dedicated VIS Group Customer Service line at 800.537.9619.

The VIS team has a response record that 65% of the calls are handled on the phone! No waiting for emails. No getting lost in voice messages. Every call is assigned a “ticket” to be sent and followed through for proper completion. Homeowners are going to love this new service option!

How do I make my Homeowner Payment to VIS group?

Until further notice, all payments will be the same. Regardless if you use the Morris Management Account portal, write a check, use your bank for auto withdraw… It is the same. Your account number is the same.

There will be a mitigation of brand from Morris Management to VIS  Group in the coming months. As that happens, each step will be explained and plenty of notice provided to ensure a smooth transition continues. There are no timelines on this aspect as of October, 2025.

Do I still need to fill out an ACC or Landscape form?

Yes! Committee procedures remain the same!

The call center will be instructed to provide you ways to the fill out our specific form. VIS Group may not be familiar with all of Bridlewood’s procedures as yet, so calling the request could actually result in delay.

Completing an online (preferred) or paper change (mailbox shelter) request are still the most efficient and fastest way to get your concern addressed for landscape and trees needs, or paint and fence requests. See the Request Forms tab above to get started. Always look for the confirmation email on your request for follow up.

Will VIS Group raise our management fee?

No. VIS Group Inc. is assuming Morris Management contracts, which means that the management fees that Bridlewood HOA pays to VIS won’t change for the duration of the 2026 contract term. Their goal is to minimize changes early on and allow everyone time to adjust to the transition. Like any change, it will take time to assess how much effort each account requires before any modifications are considered. Per the contract, any material changes require a 30-day notice, ensuring you have ample time to review and prepare before any adjustments take effect.

Will VIS Group raise my Homeowner fee?

Homeowner (HO) Association assessment fees are set by the Bridlewood Board of Directors, not the management company. Any changes to HO fees are presented at the annual Budget ratification in November. A compete budget package is mailed to all homeowners prior to the meeting.

Will our community manager and support staff change?

VIS Group hopes to maintain as much continuity as possible during the transition period and will be doing its best to retain Morris Management staff. Just like the fees, it will take time to assess the staffing needs of each community. Rest assured, no matter the outcome, the goal is to make sure you and your community are well supported. At this time (October, 2025), Kwasi Okyere remains as Bridlewood’s Area Manager.

How will the transition affect the former Morris Management day-to-day operations?

The transition should not significantly impact day-to-day operations right away for Bridlewood or the team from Morris Management.

BOA will continue to work with Kwasi Okyere and the support team as usual. There should be little to no disruption in service. Over time, as new processes, technology, and procedures are introduced, you will notice improvements in communication, efficiency, and overall quality of service. The Board will also receive up to date communications from VIS Group to help with anything that is needed, offering training, and full support to a smooth transition.

Why should Bridlewood feel confident in continuing with VIS Group?

VIS Group has been in the community management industry for more than 20 years and, prior to this acquisition, managed nearly 150 communities. The staff is highly experienced, with most of the community managers holding one or more professional credentials through the Community Associations Institute. VIS Group takes an interdepartmental approach to management, allowing community managers to dedicate more time to supporting their associations, while specialized teams handle many of the administrative details. This structure ensures Boards receive both attentive service and the benefit of broader expertise across our organization.
