The following was announced via email to Bridlewood Board of Directors on September 17 from Morris Management :

Dear Board Member:

We have exciting news to share with you! Our primary goal has always been to be the best management company in our area and to provide a high level of service to our communities. To this end, we have identified an exceptional company to partner with so that we can provide an even greater level of bespoke service that you expect and deserve. VIS Group is a local, veteran-owned company that will be taking over management services to provide our valued communities and colleagues with improved processes, greater technology, and management support. They will also be able to assist with the difficult human resource market in order to seek out and retain highly qualified professionals to better serve you.

I am excited that VIS Group will continue building on what we’ve accomplished together. While this news may come as a surprise, I also believe we have identified a fantastic partner that will meet and exceed your expectations. We know that continuity is important, which is why VIS Group will be retaining the team you have come to know and work with at Morris Management. VIS is excited about combining and welcoming our colleagues to their team.

At this point in time, there are no plans to change how association fees are paid or how service is requested. The office location and primary business contact details will remain the same at this time.

I spent a significant amount of time evaluating the best home for you and our other valued communities. It was extremely important to partner with a local company with local support services. It was also important that the company selected understood the relationship you have with your current manager and support team, that they maintained similar values and that they offered services that exceed client expectations.

Although I am stepping away from community association management, I will be available in a consultant capacity which will ensure a smooth transition for your board and your community. Their leadership team is available to meet with you if you’d like to set such a meeting.

As a side note, VIS Group will be hosting a Board Webinar on the upcoming changes to laws in the collection process coming into effect on January 1, 2026. The webinar will be on Monday, September 22 at 6:00 PM. Please be on the lookout for the invitation in a separate email.
