Bridlewood park, common areas and homeowner front yards are maintained through your BOA monthly dues. The Landscape Committee serves as liaison between the landscape company, homeowners and board for the upkeep of neighborhood properties. Your participation in your front yard care maintains Bridlewood’s beauty, promotes outdoor enjoyment and keeps homeowner fees efficiently utilized.
For street, alley or entry tree requests, use our tree form.
For irrigation issues of running water call VIS Group Management at 800.537.9619. Reports of popped irrigation heads or overspray (only running when irrigation system is on) can be reported on this form as Maintenance Request.

Complete the following and submit. All entries will go to the Bridlewood Landscape Committee for review during their regularly scheduled monthly meeting unless noted as an immediate safety or irrigation need.
In addition, a VIS Group ticket will be created to keep a copy of this request in your Homeowner account record.
