To preserve the structural integrity of Bridlewood private roads and alleys, the Bridlewood Owner’s Association is committed to strategically and proactively contract asphalt roadway maintenance program for our private streets. Street maintenance is required by Bridlewood CC&Rs and funded through the capital Reserves Replacement Fund.

• June 4-5. Crack sealing and Asphalt Moss mitigation. All streets
• June 7. Sealcoat: Sundrop, Cottondale, and Trimble.
• June 8. Sealcoat: Derby and Westcott**
• June 9. Trash collection.**
• June 10. Sealcoat: Alleys – Derby / Sundrop, Trimble / Westcott
• June 11. Sealcoat: Andover and Andover-Bedford alley
• June 12. Sealcoat: Kenton
• June 13. Sealcoat: Shadybrook and Derby WEST of Shadybrook
• June 14. Curb painting*** and stenciling.

** Sealcoat for Derby and Westcott on Tuesday June 8 impacts your garbage and  compost bins pick up: PLEASE set out bins after 8:00 pm on the driveway apron, not street. Be careful of fresh sealcoat.
