Bridlewood park, common areas and homeowner front yards are maintained through your BOA monthly dues. The Landscape Committee serves as liaison between the landscape company, homeowners and board for the upkeep of neighborhood properties. Your participation in your front yard care maintains Bridlewood’s beauty, promotes outdoor enjoyment and keeps homeowner fees efficiently utilized.

Pruning and removal are conducted only once a year unless deemed an immediate threat to people or property. Annual Deadline for consideration is September 30. Permitting, pruning, removal and replacement cycle is October through February. Missed deadline may take a full year for remedy.

The deadline for consideration in the current year
Tree requests for pruning or removal of diseased or dying trees are conducted through the Bridlewood Landscape Committee.
Front yard tree removal requires a City of Tumwater permit. Each summer, the LC conducts an annual forestry report including permits for our ongoing Tree Project revitalization. City of Tumwater also requires a one-for-one replacement throughout Bridlewood.
